Little Me Tea {Review and Giveaway}

My kids have eaten so great this school year. I am super proud of them. Last year it was a awful fight every day to get Elliott to pack new and exciting things in her lunch. Everyday she wanted a peanut butter and honey sandwich. So boring, and not the picture of health. She did and still does like to take soups so that is helpful. This year we have been having a much better time getting new foods into her lunch. Maybe it is having her younger brother who is excited about taking lunch to school that has helped. Either way, brother or all the cool foods we have sampled, their lunches are pretty awesome this year.

We have been testing out some yummy teas by Little Me Tea. I was hoping that this would be a great addition to the kids lunches and I was right. Even though school provides milk for lunch, sometimes I like for them to have something other than milk. Little Me Teas are a great way to change things up. These teas are blended with organic fruits and vegetables for a little something extra. Although these are a tea based beverage, the do benefit from the added vitamins and minerals that the fruits and vegetables provide. These juices are blended with a base of four teas, White, Rooibos, Hibiscus and Chamomile. Each of these teas target a different benefit for your child's diets. Rich antioxidants help enrich your child's immune system as well as aid in digestion and allergy symptoms. Pretty great right?! Take a look at these labels:

My kids loved having a little something special in their lunches and trying to keep Raichlen away from it was almost impossible. Both of the bigger kids preferred the Zane's Grape Tea over Julia's Tropical Tea. However Raichlen preferred Julia's Tropical Tea. I was impartial,  finding them both super tasty. When you give your kids Little Mea Tea, you are choosing to give them a drink that is certified organic, gluten free, no sugar added, caffeine free, a good source of electrolytes, all with less than 1g of sugar per ounce! Take a look at this comparison.
Not only can you enjoy Little Me Tea as is, you can also make all sorts of yummy treats for your kids. Check out this awesome recipe:
