There are two systems you can choose from. You can have a under the counter system with a beverage faucet placed on your counter top. If you have any basic handyman skills you can install this yourself. If you are not comfortable with this, than for sure enlist a professional to help you install it. We however choose the on counter version. As a renter, I didn't feel right drilling a hole in the counter! The system does take up a little countertop surface, but it really isn't too bad. You do need to have a outlet fairly close to your water source. Here is what the system looks like hooked up.
Setting the system up was super easy. You just screw on the hose to your existing faucet. If you have a speciality faucet, you may have to replace it with a basic adapter. Once the hose is in place you are ready to plug in the system and start the filtration process. It took just a couple minutes for the system to fill and start producing clean water. With a simple lever, you are able to switch from tap water to drinking water.

I did a few taste tests and I was able to tell a difference. We often visit a local natural well, so I know good mineral water. This water was not as metallic as that well, but it was much better than the regular tap water. Our water here in the city is highly treated, so this filter is awesome to have around. I like being able to fill up the kids water bottles with fresh, truly clean water in their lunch boxes. Thanks to Zuvo Water, i will be able to this school year!
