As my quest for products that are actually güd for you, I was pleased to come across this new product from Burts Bee's. I have been a long time user of Burt's Bee's products and am very excited to see them expand their line. Recently I cleaned out my bathroom cabinets and tossed out a good amount beauty products. It was a sad day for me, as I love my good smelling bath products. I have been looking for some great products that are yummy smelling, good for my family and affordable. I just cannot drop 20$ on a single bottle of lotion, I wish I could, but it just is not in our budget. Güd by Burts Bees is the perfect medium! I get my yummy products that are free from petrochemicals, parabens and phthalates. I gotta tell you there is something so good about starting off the day smelling fantastic! Anyone else feel the same?
Güd has several products for your whole body. They offer four delicious fragrances: Flora Cherrynova, Orange Petalooza, Vanilla Flame and Pearanormal Activity. These fragrances are so yummy and not over powering. So far I think Orange Petalooze is my favorite, but only time will tell! I received a package of these products from Klout and was disappointed that they had so much synthetic fragrance in them. I was really hoping that Burt's Bees was going to be moving away from synthetic fragrance, not introducing a product line that had a heavier concentration of it (it's the 3rd ingredient in the lotions) :-(
Have you tried the 100% Pure lotions? They have fun flavors that are completely naturally scented. They're $15 a bottle (more than Gud), but if you buy 3 you get one free, so that make them $11.25 each if you like to stock up like me :-)

It is a start. It is hard to know who is honest and who isn't. Mu hope is that with being merged with a larger company, that it will influence them and not water down the green products.

My MIL loves these products. The fragrances are personally a little strong for my taste. I hoping that way they said to you in their letter is true.
