Playful Planet Storyland Yoga {Review and Giveaway}

Playful Planet is brought to you by Karen and Brian Duggan. Together this parenting duo created a fun and creative yoga series, Storyland Yoga. This fun and eco conscious yoga video for your children communicates a strong message about caring for the environment as well as engaging their imagination through storytelling. We have been using yoga for years with our kids to help them calm down, focus and relax. With out knowing it your children really benefit from yoga. I love when companies come along and discover unique ways to entertain children while teaching them how to use their imagination and gain focus.

My little testers had a great time learning new yoga poses and were entertained by the stories. The images were bright and fun for each story. Having the combination of fun instructions while learning about so many urgent issues was pure genius. I am so happy to have this video in our collection, it is our first choice in kids yoga!

Playful Planets website is full of great resources for teaching your children to be strong, responsible citizens. You can follow along for their weekly green and healthy. The treasure chest is a wealth of knowledge for every aspect of your life.
