We have been using yoga for years with our kids to help them calm down, focus and relax. With out knowing it your children really benefit from yoga. I love when companies come along and discover unique ways to entertain children while teaching them how to use their imagination and gain focus.My little testers had a great time learning new yoga poses and were entertained by the stories. The images were bright and fun for each story. Having the combination of fun instructions while learning about so many urgent issues was pure genius. I am so happy to have this video in our collection, it is our first choice in kids yoga!
