Raise your hands if you have ever held a bag of frozen vegetables in your sore muscles. Have you ever thought, I wish ice packs were more like a frozen bag of veggies, conforming to my injury site? For years I have relied on a big a veggie for me and the kids injuries. I do not have plastic baggies in my house regularly, so a bag of ice cubes is out and the veggies do the trick. When I discovered TheraPearls, I thought the design looked great and the TheraPals were super cute for my kiddo's were adorable.

What are TheraPearls? 

TheraPearls are a hot/cold packs designed with that frozen bag of peas in mind. One doctor knew that she could design something better for her patients than a bag of frozen veggies. TheraPearls are designed to hold the heat/cold for the doctor recommended 20 mins. Once frozen the TheraPearls are still able to conform to your sore areas.  TheraPearls are non-toxic, latex free and have gone through and passed all regulations. They are safe for children, although should be monitored as all medical remedies should. 

TheraPearls sent our family a set of TheraPals to review. First off they are so cute! I think the Panda is my favorite. The kids love using them, especially the hypochondriac. ;) The are easy to use and always ready when kept in the freezer. We have used them to heat injuries as well and again they work great. We do not use our microwave very often and found that a bowl of hot water did the trick as well. I will tell you that handing a TheraPal to the two year old was not a good idea, since he sunk his teeth into it immediatly and put a large hole in the doggie. I learned to fully supervise him if he need a little ice pack for any reason. Which he doesn't need one very ofter and usually only because the hypochondriac thinks he does! 

Keeping the kids bumps and bruises covered and well taken care of has been great this summer. Seeing their smile when they are using their Pal to help the newest "owie" is great. Know that there are no toxins inside these packs puts my mind at ease.
